What we offer

APAA is for anyone aged six years and  over showing an interest in the ARTS.

We offer One to One Tutoring in Vocals or Musical instruments  and Group Drama.

Students need the necessary commitment and determination to study at a high level, whilst coping at the same time with the demands of home and school life.

The Academy is associated to the Birmingham Conservatoire, the Birmingham School of Acting and The Drum during the term. These purpose built venues are well equipped to offer a wide variety of activities.

Our out of school hours facility takes place throughout the week in the evenings (Music) whilst on Saturdays we have Drama and group singing during our term. APAA offers expert tuition in most orchestral and keyboard instruments, voice and composition. Our teachers and musicians, are qualified and experienced leaders in their field. Drama tuition is delivered by Birmingham School of Acting tutors.

In order to gain the best possible benefit from the tuition offered, students are expected to devote a considerable amount of time each week to practise as directed by teachers.
